You interview our top candidates and select the one that is the BEST fit for your organization. You receive the experience of a full recruiting department without having to pay for the process. Our service fee starts as low as 15% of annual starting salary.
Contract to Hire
Many employers need the opportunity to make sure the candidate is going to have the skills or experience to work successfully in their environment or with their team and choose our Contract to Hire option. HRI gives you the opportunity to try before you hire. This option is also successful with seasonal fluctuations. You can contract staff to meet your seasonal needs and hire the best of the best eliminating unemployment risks and increasing retention. You may put the employee on your payroll after 480 hours with no additional service charges.

When faced with seasonal, project based or temporary staffing needs Human Resources offers high quality candidate referrals. Our recruiters have a vast pool of candidates with skills and experience to meet your needs and which enjoy the variety that project based or temporary assignments provide.
